The abbey is a lovely spot with access to great facilities. the spa treatments were fantastic, especially the hot stone massage. we also enjoyed the tranquillity lounge with tea and biscuits on arrival, which was a nice touch. the staff were friendly and attentive.

We had a lovely stay with a clean and comfy Standard Family Room and enjoyed a cozy evening swimming in the pool and relaxing in the steam room. The hotel has plenty of amenities to unwind and recharge. The only downside was the breakfast, which could use a little more variety. 😊

It was great to unwind in the spa facilities. Breakfast offered a decent selection, but there were some delays in replenishing food items. The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom needed attention. Stains were visible, and some areas felt dated. this hotel provides a comfortable stay but could enhance cleanliness and modernity of the facilities.

It was just a smart choice for a couple of nights in Redditch with excellent value for money. The restaurant manager was really engaging and acknowledged the food issues with professionalism. Consider checking the menu details before dining.

We stayed 1 night in a family room. The breakfast was a highlight, so tasty with great choices. Staff at the bar were super nice even when busy. One little hiccup was the shower not getting hot enough, which was kinda annoying. a decent stay for families looking for fun.
